RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS

Subject to limitation stipulated in relevant rules, every member (both Ordinary and Associate) shall have the right:

• To be present and to vote at all Conferences of the Association.
• To move or to second resolutions at all Conferences of the Association.
• To be eligible for Election as an Office-Bearer of the circle, Sub-Division, and State Committee or as a member of the Election Commission as the case may be.
• To receive copies of all Journals and Publications of the Association at such rates as fixed by either the State Committee or the G.B.
• To send his/her views and suggestions direct to the State Committee or the G.B.
• To be eligible for co-option to State Committee or to any Committee or Sub-Committee.
• If show-caused or suspended or punished in any form by any including the General Body, he/she can appeal to the State Disciplinary Sub-Committee headed by the President/Chairperson for redress of his/her proposed punishment.
• To propose or second Candidates for Election as President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary, and in other posts if declared by the G.B. as an Eligible Member of the electoral college.
